Lauren N. Jescovitch, Ph.D
Lauren Jescovitch, Ph.D, works with MSU Extension and Michigan Sea Grant to serve as an educator in western Upper Peninsula. Jescovitch divides her time between the Hancock Extension office and the Great Lakes Research Center at Michigan Technological University, working to apply science-based knowledge to address Great Lakes issues. Her focus areas include aquaculture, commercial fisheries, and Tribal partnerships. Starting in October 2019, Jescovitch has dedicated her time in areas such as forming Tribal partnerships, fish producer (aquaculture and commercial) education, and the Great Lakes Aquaculture Collaborative.
